　　Personally, I would say the most beneficial function of a smart phone is to take pictures. I have a very genuine interest in taking photos, and I am very passionate about expressing myself through imageries. With this function, I use my smart phone to take pictures to record my own life, and it is a very good way to reflect the past. By taking photos using the smart phone I can record precious moments by photos, like weddings, graduation ceremonies and some other special events. These special occasions will be something nice to recall.

　　Do you agree or disagree with the following statement:

　　Boss should maintain close friendship with employees.

　　Personally, I don’t think boss should keep close friendship with employees. Frankly, a boss can use social events to connect with his or her employees and it helps to boast the morale in the working place, like attending happy hours, playing golf together or doing other things outside of work. However，a close friendship with employees means that it is hard for them to give honest and objective feedback in a professional way. Also, if you are close to some employees and less close to others, you might play favoritism toward those you are intimate with.
